Distance Sales Contract

This contract is concluded between the seller below and the buyer ordering through Tempoly when the buyer accepts it electronically on the checkout page. In case of any conflict, the Turkish version prevails.

Article 1 – Seller

Article 2 – Buyer

The person who orders while signed in to a Tempoly account. The buyer's name, address, phone and e-mail are the billing details entered on the checkout page.

Article 3 – Subject

The sale of the Tempoly plan (1 month) or credit pack selected on the checkout page, with the features and price stated there, and adding it to the buyer's account, subject to Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 4 – Product, price and payment

The product name, scope (credits and validity) and total price including taxes appear in the order summary on the checkout page and form part of this contract. The price is charged once to a credit or debit card through iyzico. An invoice is issued and e-mailed to the buyer.

Article 5 – Performance

The seller adds the plan or credits to the buyer's account immediately after payment approval. A plan is valid for 1 month from purchase and does not renew; buying the same plan again before it ends extends it by 1 month, buying a different plan starts the new plan immediately. Credit packs are valid for 12 months.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

The buyer expressly confirms on the checkout page that the service is performed instantly in electronic form and that performance starts immediately with their approval. Therefore there is no right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) and (h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 7 – Cancellation and refund

If payment is taken but the product cannot be added to the account, the buyer is charged twice or incorrectly, or the seller can no longer provide the service, the amount is refunded to the card used within 14 days of the seller learning of it.

Article 8 – Disputes

Consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and consumer courts above them, have jurisdiction.

Article 9 – Effect

The contract is concluded when the buyer confirms having read the Pre-Information Form, accepts this contract and completes payment. The time of acceptance, text version and order details are kept by the seller.

Card payments are processed securely by iyzico with 3D Secure. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Troy are accepted.
