Tempoly Terms of Use

Scope of the Service

Tempoly is a cloud-based social media content automation service provided by GokTwins Tech on a subscription and credit basis. Using AI models, it generates post drafts based on the brand voice and publishing schedule defined by the user; the user reviews, edits and approves these drafts.

Image and video generation and publishing to connected channels (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) are features under development and are added to the service as they become available. Plan contents, credit costs per action and current prices are published on the Pricing and Billing pages.

Account Creation and Subscription

A user who creates an account agrees that the information provided is accurate and up to date, and that they will not share their account or password with third parties. The account holder is responsible for all actions performed through the account.

New accounts start on the Free plan and receive 300 one-time trial credits; trial credits are valid for 30 days from the date they are granted. To continue using the service after the trial, a paid plan must be selected; not selecting a plan does not result in the deletion of the account or its content.

Subscription fees, payment methods and renewal terms are shown at the time of purchase. Payments are collected through a payment provider acting as merchant of record; Tempoly does not store card numbers. Price changes do not affect the current subscription period and take effect at renewal.

Credits

Every generation and publishing action spends credits. Credits are deducted from the balance before the action starts; if the balance is insufficient, the action is not started. If a generation fails due to a technical error or a moderation rejection, the credits spent are refunded automatically.

Subscription credits renew every month; unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month. Separately purchased credit packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Credits that expire soonest are spent first.

Credits are usage rights that can only be used within Tempoly; they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. When credits run out, scheduled generations stop; no additional fee is charged without the user's approval.

AI-Generated Content

Drafts are generated automatically by AI models. These outputs may contain inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information and may resemble content from other sources; their accuracy and originality are not guaranteed.

Generated content passes automated moderation before it is saved; however, moderation does not guarantee that all inappropriate content will be caught. The user is responsible for checking content for accuracy, lawfulness and compliance with third-party rights before publishing. A user who enables auto-approve on a schedule accepts that content will be approved without their own review.

The service may not be used to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, misleading or deceptive, contains hate speech or discrimination, or infringes personality rights.

User Content and Data Ownership

Brand voice definitions, example posts and other inputs, as well as the outputs generated from them and published by the user, belong to the user, subject to the rights of third parties. Tempoly claims no rights over this content beyond the technical processing required to provide the service.

Tempoly processes user content only to provide the service (generation, moderation, storage and publishing with the user's approval); it does not sell user content.

The user warrants that the content they enter is lawful and does not infringe the intellectual property or personality rights of third parties.

Intellectual Property

The Tempoly software, interface designs, logo and brand elements, and site content belong to GokTwins Tech or its authorised licensors.

Unauthorised copying, reverse engineering, reproduction or distribution of the software, or the creation of derivative works, is prohibited.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.

It is strictly prohibited to interfere in ways that damage the service infrastructure, disrupt the service, attempt to bypass security and bot protection measures or negatively affect other users' experience; to open multiple accounts to take unfair advantage of trial credits; or to use the service to generate or send unsolicited bulk messages (spam).

In the event of a breach of these terms, Tempoly reserves the right to stop the service by warning the account or, where necessary, suspending it immediately.

Third-Party Services and Connected Accounts

Once publishing becomes available, the user may connect their accounts on platforms such as Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube to Tempoly. Access tokens for connected accounts are stored encrypted and used only to publish posts the user has approved; the user can revoke this authorisation at any time in the account settings of the relevant platform.

The terms of use, content rules, outages and policy changes of these platforms are determined by the respective providers; the user is responsible for ensuring that published content complies with these rules. Hosting, payment and AI infrastructure are also provided by third-party providers.

Service Continuity and Disclaimer

Tempoly makes commercially reasonable efforts to provide the service without interruption; however, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or infrastructure and AI providers, and scheduled generations may be delayed. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.

Drafts and outputs provided through the service are supplied “as is”; they do not replace professional, legal or financial advice, and no particular engagement, follower or sales result is guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tempoly cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from content published by the user or from the use of information in the service.

Suspension and Termination

The user may request the deletion of their account at any time by writing to info@tempoly.app from their registered e-mail address; the deletion process is described in the Privacy Policy. Unused credits expire when the account is deleted; rights arising from consumer legislation are reserved.

Tempoly may suspend or close an account in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these terms, where required by law, or where the security of the service is threatened; it will notify the user in advance whenever possible.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related legislation.

Changes to the Terms

These terms of use may be updated when deemed necessary. Changes that materially affect users are also announced by e-mail.

The updated text takes effect as soon as it is published, and users are responsible for following the current terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes; the rights of users acting as consumers to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are reserved.
